Motors Infused stuffed jalapeno

  Grab a Six Pack of Motors American  to infuse your packed with flavor grilled stuffed jalapenos.  

• 8 oz  cream cheese
• 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1/3 cup Motors American Ale
• 1 tablespoon  cornstarch
• ¼ tsp  paprika
• ¼ tsp  garlic powder
• pinch of sea salt
• 12 large jalapeno 
• 12 strips bacon

Slice the jalapeno  lengthwise, using a spoon, scoop out the inside seeds and membrane.

Add the cream cheese, cheddar, beer, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder and salt to a blender or food processor. Process until very smooth.

 Fill the jalapenos with the Motors American Ale beer cheese mixture. 

1. Wrap tightly with bacon using toothpicks to hold bacon in place.
2. Place the jalapeno on the grill.
3. Turn a quarter turn every two minutes until the bacon is cooked and the jalapeno are softened.
4. Serve warm with an Ice Cold Glass of The Motors American Ale
