THE MOTORS INFUSED - FALL-OFF-THE-BONE BABY BACK RIBS

Step 1 - Get The Motors

This recipe calls for 64 oz of Motors American Ale. Add more for desired tenderness if needed.

Step 2 - Gather The ingredients

  • 1 large onion, sliced


  • 3 1/2 pounds (about 2 slabs) baby back ribs


  • 6 pack or 64oz Growler of The Motors American Ale


  • Sea salt, to taste


  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste


  • Garlic Powder, to taste


  • 8 oz of The Motors Grillin Sauce, Or your favorite barbecue sauce

   

Step 3 = Combine your ingredients

 Preheat oven to 350°. Spread onion slices evenly on a rimmed baking sheet, and place ribs, bone side down, on top. Pour beer over ribs, sprinkle with sea salt,pepper and garlic powder.

Step 4 - Cover and bake

Cover tightly with foil. Bake 3 hours or until tender. 

Step 5 - Remove from oven and brush on your desired sauce

 Brush both sides of ribs with your desired Barbecue Sauce.

Step 6 - To the Grill

  Grill over medium heat, meat side down, 10 to 15 minutes or until slightly charred and crispy, basting several times with sauce. Flip ribs over, and baste cooked side liberally. Close grill lid, and cook 10 to 15 minutes more, basting often. Remove from heat; let rest 10 minutes.  Serve with your choice of sides. Most important pair with an Ice Cold Motors American Ale and enjoy.
