Motors Infused Steak

Score a six pack or growler of our Motors American Ale ! Select spices and preferred sauce. Soak your steaks in The Motors American for at lease 2 hours minimum to tenderize and lock in flavors.

Drain your Motors American soaked steaks and cover with your desired sauce. Make sure to cover the entire steak to lock in flavor while cooking.

Cover in spices and let stand for 15 minutes to ensure an even distribution of your magical blend.

In this recipe we used A1 Steak Sauce and McCormic Grill Mates which paired well with the Motors.

Place your infused steaks on the grill or pan and watch your ingredients and infusion go to work.

Once cooked to your desired temperature on both sides. Pour additional Motors American on top of your steaks for additional taste.
