Gather Your Ingredients

12 oz Motors American Ale
3 lbs Ground Beef
1 White Onion Chopped
6 oz can tomato paste
15 oz can tomato sauce
15 oz can crushed tomato
15 oz can light kidney beans
15 oz can dark kidney beans
2 cups chicken broth
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tbs cumin
1/2 tbs cayenne
3 tbs chili powder
2 tsp oregano

Brown ground beef and strain,add onion and Motors American Ale.

Simmer ground beef,onion and Motors until all liquid is boiled off.

In a large pot combine ground beef,onion and Motors mixture with all other ingredients. Bring to a boil and then let simmer for one hour.
