What You'll Need
- 8oz cream cheese
- 1 (8-ounce) block white Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (8-ounce) block Gouda cheese, shredded
- 1 (8-ounce) block Swiss cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 12 oz Motors American Ale (use more to thin if needed)
- Cubed French bread and/or sliced pepperoni or sausage

Grate cheese and put into bowl.Toss in corn starch making sure to lightly coat cheese to prevent clumping and sticking.

Pour The Motors American Ale into a large saucepan. Set burner to medium and heat. Add salt,garlic powder.

Once beer is hot whisk in cheese blend slowly stirring until all cheese is melted.
Add cream cheese and continue to stir until a desired consistency is achieved.
You can also add more Motors to thin if needed.
